Digital Marketing Account Manager

Job Description

The Account Services Manager is responsible for maintaining an ongoing relationship with clients, vendors, and team members in the administration of online marketing campaigns for multiple clients at one time. Full-time positions available with opportunity for advancement. This position is an On-Site working position at our office located in Orlando, Florida.

Principal Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Establish working and effective professional relationships with main contacts in assigned accounts.

  • Communicate to team and management on project development, timelines, and results.

  • Coordinate the implementation of pre-determined strategy for Client’s successful SEM campaigns, maximizing search engine visibility; monitoring and improving rankings through by coordinating the execution of SEO strategies in a competitive industry.

  • Assist with strategy and development of Client’s focused social media channels, developing content and ensuring alignment with social media strategies as an asset to SEO rankings

  • Assist with keyword research and analysis for organic search, taking advantage of SEO tools to analyze data and offer strategic insights

  • Assist in SEO analysis and recommendations in coordination with elements and structure of websites and web pages

  • Assist web developers in providing ongoing reports and help to implement recommended SEO projects

  • Assist in information gathering services including technical website analysis, competitive/keyword research, and link analysis

  • Perform keyword research in coordination with client business objectives to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities

  • Manage strategies for content development with SEO goals

  • Keep pace with SEO, search engine, social media and internet marketing industry trends and development

  • Implement and monitor link building campaigns


Desired Skills and Experience:

  • SEM/SEO experience is REQUIRED.

  • This position will require subject-matter expertise and pose a constant challenge to the individual to stay ahead of changes and improvements to industry-related topics as well as applicable internal and external products used by the organization and competitors

  • Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically and identify and resolve problems

  • Ability to foster strong client relationships at various levels

  • Attention to detail and the ability to adapt to changes and multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere

  • Ability to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts and points

  • High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation

  • Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills

  • Must demonstrate strong business and marketing acumen with critical thinking skills

  • Proficiency in WordPress, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

  • Must exhibit strong practical understanding of multi-media and online marketing related products

  • Demonstrate the ability and willingness to help others achieve their best

  • Excellent relationship building skills

  • Ability to manage multiple clients at one time

  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills including strong verbal, listening, and written communication

  • Bachelor’s degree/Associates degree or equivalent experience or training in related field

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
