- Strong administrative skills and closing ratio
- Desire to excel and be reliable/ be self-motivated
- Minimum of 1 year leasing experience
- Excellent marketing skills
-Clean Criminal Background / Must pass National Background Screening and drug screen
- Valid Drivers License or Valid ID
Responsibilities include:
- Interviews prospective residents and records information to ascertain needs and qualifications
- Accompanies prospects to apartments and discusses size and layout of rooms
- Completes lease forms and collects rental deposit/ rent
- Answers phone calls
