Fresh Express
This Accounts Payable Processor is responsible for assisting with the processing of PO and Non-PO invoices; invoice/PO discrepancy resolution, and other functions and duties as assigned.
Detailed duties and
Responsibilities:
Process and index a minimum of 40-60 invoices daily using Onbase & PRMSQuality check keyed invoices for errorsResolve invoice pricing and quantity issues within expected timelineCommunicate effectively with internal and external parties on a courteous and professional mannerRespond timely and accurately to all inquiriesAssist with reporting and other payment related requestsProvide necessary team coverage and ensure daily tasks are completedAssist with special projects and other duties as assignedAssists management in the identification and resolution of problemsMinimum
Qualifications:
Associates degree preferredExperience in high volume AP environment preferredKnowledge/Skills:
Possess the basic understanding of accounting systems, internal controls, process flows and general accounting.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Familiarity with AS400 or an equivalent system.
Other:
Must have the ability to make decisions, appear for work on time, follow directions,interact well with co-workers, understand and follow posted work rules/procedures and to accept constructive criticism.
Demonstrate ability to successfully complete projects and other tasks on hand.
Strong analytical ability; flexible in balancing work related and professional commitments.
High energy and initiative traits.
Organization, attention to detail and the ability to analyze data.
