They will manage the unit's day to day operations, promote a positive working environment, facilitate optimal nursing care, provide competencies, mentor staff, and adhere to all state and federal regulations.
The ICU Nursing Unit RN Manager will report to the Nurse Director.
The Nurse Manager should be BSN prepared, FL state licensed and have 3
years of hospital Critical Care experience.
The Intensive Care Unit RN Nurse Manager should be strong clinically as well as able to lead a successful team.
They must be knowledgeable about regulations, standards, policies and procedures, and trends.
