Your day to day will include but is not limited to:
- Creating a bond with each patient and their family members.
- Greeting our patients and their parents as they come in for appointments or boarding.
- Scheduling appointments & reservations in person and on the phone.
- Helping parents/answering questions on the phone.
- Keeping our retail area stocked and well organized.
- Gathering patient information, calling other clinics for medical history.
Having a great personality and excellent communications skills is a MUST! And veterinary experience is not required.
