Summary:
The Legal Services Clerk reports directly to the Sr.
Director of Legal Services and is responsible for providing filing, tracking, scanning, copying, and other general administrative support to the Legal Department, including specifically the Consumer Affairs and Title Services teams.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Scan, log, and file all written and digital communications and other records.
Sort, review, and log incoming mail.
Data entry in various systems.
Prepare outbound mailings.
Process and track payments associated with Consumer Affairs and Title Services matters.
Prepare and review deeds and related legal instruments for recovery efforts and owner transfers.
Provide general administrative support to the Legal department.
Work as part of the team on other projects as may be assigned from time to time.
All other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications and Skills:
Good organizational skills.
Detail oriented.
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible in coordinating multiple projects and diverse responsibilities.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
Salary:
$16 per hour.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
