Job Description:
The Wellness Director is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the wellness program at our facility.
This includes developing and implementing wellness initiatives, coordinating wellness events and activities, and providing education and resources to promote healthy lifestyles among our residents and staff.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement wellness initiatives and programs Coordinate and promote wellness events and activities Provide education and resources to promote healthy lifestyles Collaborate with other departments to integrate wellness into daily operations Manage and supervise wellness staff Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of wellness programs Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in health promotion, wellness, or related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in wellness program management Strong leadership and management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of health and wellness principles and practices Ability to develop and implement effective wellness programs Experience with budget management and financial analysis Proficient in Microsoft Office and wellness software applications.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
